• Building Relationships: Develop strong, trusting relationships with students, which help in managing the classroom effectively and encouraging children to express themselves.

• Ensuring Emotional Well-being: Address the emotional needs of young children, helping them manage feelings of separation from parents, frustration, and peer interactions.

• Setting Boundaries: Establish and reinforce rules and routines that provide structure and a sense of security for the children.

# Teaching and Instruction

• Basic Skills Development: Focus on teaching foundational skills such as letter recognition, basic math concepts ,numbers, counting and the development of fine motor skills using scissors, holding a pencil.

• Language Development: Foster language skills through reading aloud, vocabulary building, engaging in conversations, and promoting listening and speaking activities.
